These are 150 gms. heavier than originals. 2 drilled grease fitting bosses. Fitted bronze bushings.

G78 - GEAR PEDAL - $70
Raised part number "G78". Heat treated 4140 chromly steel. With bushing.Fitted to an OEM F52/12 and F84/1.

G108 - GEAR LEVER - $40
Raised part number "G108". 4140 chromly steel. Originals were bronze.
Series B and early C Twins.
FT263 - CRASHBAR LUG, 4 used - $50 each
Originals were bronze, mine are 4140 chromoly.
After these are made, the complete CRASHBAR ASSEMBLY. Sample, stainless, FT266, "D" shaped bars are made.

F72/7 - EXTENDED FOOTREST, LEFT, also KICKSTART FOOTPIECE (Left Hand) - $60
Can be used as the rider Left Hand Footrest for a more comfortable riding position.
Used as the passenger Right Hand Footrest (bent forward toward kicker) with Panniers.
Cadmium plated, 4140 Chromoly Steel, heat treated to 40 Rockwell C.
F72/8 - EXTENDED FOOTREST, RIGHT- $50
Can be used as the rider Right Hand Footrest for a more comfortable riding position.
Used as the passenger Left Hand Footrest (bent forward toward horn) with Panniers.
Cadmium plated, 4140 Chromoly Steel, heat treated to 40 Rockwell C.
H13 - SERRATED WASHER- $16
Serrations are crisp. These will be cast (to look like the original cast ones)
and broached square to exactly 0.500". Not machined stainless with a sloppy 0.510" hole.
Cadmium plated. Heat Treated 4140 chromoly to Rockwell 40C.

H35/1AS - BRAKE ROD WING NUT, type 1- $24
Complete unit is 4140 chromoly steel heat treated to Rockwell 40C. Raised large mold number "5" and part number
as per originals.

45 degree countersinks. Raised B20 is evident. Bronze casting as per originals.

G108/2 - GEAR LEVER ARM- $70
Ever have one break on a Road Run and even though you found a welder,
it still broke again?
This heat treated 4140 chromly steel lever will not break,
no need to carry a spare. Serrations are crisp. C & D Vincent Twins.
Raised characters: G108/2 part number and circle SA forging mark as per original parts.
Cadmium plated. Easily chromed, ask them not to remove raised characters.

F72 - FOOTREST LEFT HAND- $25, Seconds, Just a few of these, stainless spacers, 0.010"-0.025", supplied
Don't let the shims put you off - your originals probably need shims, too.
Reach down and grab them and see if they couldn't use 0.005" to 0.010" tightening.
These look and work great. Difficult to see spacers (usually 0.010" to 0.015") when installed.
